VERITAS-MSI (China) Co., Ltd – Ningbo, China based company that manufactures equipment used on and off shore in the oil and gas business. The company is in the process of introducing a line of separators and custody transfer system meters to the North and South American Markets. WEH is assisting in identifying opportunities in these markets and is working on two projects in Texas.
Helm-Gartner Oil Company, LLC – Texas based oil and gas Exploration and Production Company. Over the past several years the company has leased thousands of acreages and has performed geologic preparations, title work and then sold the properties at a profit. Recently the company became involves in a very deep Cotton Valley Reef gas play but with gas prices so depressed there has been nominal interest. We have assisted the company in repackaging the deal and included a strategically located oil Woodbine play in the package. We are in the process of going to market.
APC International Pipelines, Inc. - APC is a Texas based LLC with the sole purpose of acquiring the common stock of Associated Pipeline Contractors, Inc. a Houston based pipeline construction company. Over Associated’s long history it has operated under different names: as a subsidiary of J. Ray McDermott from 1958 to 1969 and with the name of Reading & Bates Corporation (now part of Transocean) from 1969 to 1986. During its 65 year history the company has operated in 43 states and 27 countries. (Deal did not close.)
North American Solar Products, LLC – Michigan based solar furnace marketing and manufacturing company diversifying its product line to include commercial application. The company manufactured, sold and installed solar furnaces in the 1980’s that are still in operation today. With increased energy prices the company decided to re-introduce its product for commercial applications such as big box stores, government buildings, schools or any large structure in the Snowbelt in the US. The product can be used anywhere in the world and can save significantly in locations that operate during normal business hours.
Sunbelt Energy Saving Vinyl Products, LLC – Tennessee based start up with revolutionary duct work that can be used in any new construction or to retrofit existing structures. The duct works are manufactured with u-PVC with no 90 degree turns. The product uses a patient pending “pig” that allows the duct worked to be easily cleaned. The product is directed to be used in building having what is known as “sick building syndrome”. The implication for people with breathing problems, clean rooms, hospital, office buildings is limitless.
EhrenCap SA – EhrenCap SA is a private Argentinean Corporation that acquired a concession in the Santa Cruz Provence (Southern Argentina) in the San Jorge Gulf Basin. The Company’s primary asset is an 82% NRI in a 140,000 acre concession. The exploitation concession was extended to 2045 on Thursday February 18, 2010. (Sold)
Premium Well Drilling & Service Company, Inc. – Houston Based private company formed to purchase Premium Well Drilling, LLC in Pleasanton, Texas. Successful in raising $31,500,000 in debt and equity but the transaction did not close.
Best Energy Services, Inc. – Publicly traded Energy Service Company based in Houston, Texas. It provides well services, drilling services, temporary rig housing and geological services to the oil and gas, water, and minerals industries primarily in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent regions of the United States. The company plans to expand in to South Texas by year end 2010. As of December 31, 2009, it had 25 work over rigs, 7 drilling rigs, and 25 rig housing units. As a founding shareholder and Acting President & CFO we consolidated three private companies into one publicly traded company. We raised $12,000,000 in new equity and $23,000,000 in debt from PNC.
Weekley Energy Group, LLC/ Weekley Group, Ltd. – 1987/2009 Consulting/Investor This privately owned company provided consulting services to oil and gas operating and service companies (Sold):
Thermal Pulse Unit A privately owned Oil Service Company and Operating Company with operations in Texas (officially organized in 2005 formally Weekley Group, LTD.). The company has a licensing agreement for a new pumping system that potentially could replace the conventional pump jack on low volume stripper wells. The Thermal Pulse Unit (“TPU”) is a gas injection system that can inject heat into the well bore and lift the oil. The company had production in the Luling-Branyon Field.
Taurus Entertainment Companies, Inc. OTC:BB Company based in Houston, Texas. Served as interim Chief Financial Officer and involved in company and asset acquisitions. I completed taking the Company public through a reverse merger in December 1997 and was responsible for all public reporting, investor relations and private placements.
Pen Roy Oil of Odessa, Inc. Privately owned oil field trucking, gathering, tank cleaning and Crude Oil Reclamation Company with operations in the Permian Basin. Pen Roy's primary activity includes cleaning crude oil production and storage tanks and extracting oil and wax from oil field waste.
Cambridge Trading & Transportation Corporation Privately owned crude oil gathering company based in Austin, Texas. Operations expanded from a two truck operation in East Texas to ten trucks in South Texas in one year. Oil purchases increased from 150 barrels per day to over 4,000 barrels per day during this period. The Company was subsequently closed as a result of a Texas based refinery's default on a payment of $1,650,000 for crude oil purchased from Cambridge.
HarCor Energy, Inc. NASDAQ National Market System Company based in Houston, Texas. Served as an officer of the Company and was involved in all aspects of asset acquisitions and institutional financings. Harrington & Company acquired control of HarCor with an initial investment of $1,000,000; the Company was recently sold to Seneca Resources Corporation (National Fuel Gas Corporation) for $100,000,000. I worked with Harrington & Company International, Incorporated of New York City in its initial corporate acquisition and financial restructuring of HarCor.

The Company serviced small market cap oil and gas companies providing acquisition analysis and private placement services. The Company worked in an advisory capacity to buyers and sellers of privately owned and tightly controlled public companies.
HCO Energy, Inc. Toronto Stock Exchange listed Company based in Calgary, Alberta. I was a Board Member and one of six founding shareholders. The Company was initially funded with C$500,000 in cash and oil and gas properties. Pinnacle Resource Ltd. has recently purchased the Company for C$250,000,000.
IBJ Schroder Primary projects include providing information for the purchase of 4.99% of the common stock interest in J. Ray McDermott and a fairness opinion on the Graham-McCormick Master Limited Partnership roll-up of various Limited Partnerships.

Through an acquisition the company became a gas utility serving Huntington West Virginia.
